The NeuroInterventional Fellowship Program at Cooper University Hospital accepts all applications through this website.  Information regarding the application process and timeline is available below.

All applicants must complete the below requirements.  Please email the below requirements to our Program Administrator.

Application Requirements

  • Three (3) Letters of Recommendation (1 of the 3 LOR must be from a NeuroInterventional surgeon that you have worked with. Another letter from your Program Director.)
  • Personal Statement
  • Curriculum Vitae
  • Color picture

Program Eligibility

Eligibility for the fellowship program requires ACGME-accredited training in Neurology and Stroke fellowship, Radiology and Neuroradiology fellowship, and/or Neurosurgery residency. Applicants must be Board eligible for their respective specialties.

We are now accepting applications for academic year 2025.   2022 - 2024 have been filled.

Please submit applications no later than October 14, 2022.

Interviews for academic year 2025 will take place in February 2023.

All selected applicants will hear from the program in November 2022.
