My name is Bella Lipkin. I grew up in Michigan (Go Blue!) with a younger brother. I attended Vanderbilt University and studied molecular and cellular biology, with minors in psychology and Spanish. Before medical school I worked as a medical assistant and Spanish interpreter. My interest in public health and health equity drew me to GW for medical school, where I completed a scholarly concentration in Community and Urban Health. I am passionate about all aspects of plastic surgery, and am especially interested in breast reconstruction, microsurgery, and gender affirmation. In my free time, I love spending time with friends, playing volleyball, rock climbing, hiking, painting, and hosting game nights.
