How to Apply
The Urology Residency Program at Cooper University Hospital accepts applications exclusively through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). All application materials must be submitted through ERAS.

Application Requirements
To be considered, your ERAS application must include:
- Common application form
- Curriculum vitae
- Medical school transcript
- Two original letters of recommendation
- Medical Student Performance Evaluation (MSPE), also known as the Dean’s letter
- Personal statement outlining your training goals and future career plans
- USMLE score reports
- ECFMG certification, if applicable
The program director and additional faculty members review all applicant files. Invitation for interviews will be based upon their recommendations.
Program Eligibility
Applicants must graduate from an accredited medical school. Individuals accepted into the program must be a U.S. citizen, classified as a resident alien, or hold a J-1 visa.

All interviews will be conducted in person on the following dates:

- November 17, 2026
