Welcome!
The educational program and core curriculum are intended to equip the Orthopaedic Trauma fellows with the knowledge and skills to provide compassionate and excellent musculoskeletal care to orthopaedic patients in any environment. While a member of Cooper’s Orthopaedic Trauma team, our fellows will have the opportunity to experience a high volume blend of trauma that is both complex and more routine. Fellows will be encouraged to demonstrate independent clinical judgement and should expect to function within a certain degree of autonomy. The Orthopedic Trauma Fellowship Program encourages independence and autonomy while providing readily available supervision from our experienced and dedicated clinical staff. Our ultimate goal is to produce graduates who are ready to serve as skilled surgeons on day one as a new attending and who can help advance the ever evolving field of Orthopaedic Traumatology.
